On the evening of 10/19/10 a massive storm pounded Simi Valley, California. Heavy rain fell for about 30 minutes with thunder and lightning that lasted for an hour. Hail fell that was about 1 inch in diameter for about 30 seconds. Power was knocked out today all over Ventura County. Once the storm cell passed through, there were 20+ lightning calls across Ventura County.
